Lietaert to oversee statewide volunteer operations for both not-for-profit hospice organizations
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Feb. 15, 2024) – Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice, both members of the NorthStar Care Community, announce Kathy Lietaert as the new statewide manager of volunteer services. In this role, Lietaert is responsible for overseeing all regional volunteer service activity across the state.

Lietaert joined Hospice of Michigan in November 2007 as the volunteer services manager for Cadillac, Michigan, before becoming the volunteer program manager for northern Michigan in 2014. Prior to joining Hospice of Michigan, Lietaert worked in regional sales and management for the employment agency Manpower and has experience working as a sales manager in the banking industry and as a purchasing agent within the manufacturing industry.
Lietaert is a resident of Cadillac, Michigan. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
